Limited edition game called “THE WIN / LOSE / DRAW GAME OF GETTYSBURG” in the original box. There is no date but the graphics appear to be from the 1960’s or 70s.
The game is played like monopoly with the object being to bankrupt your opponents by buying and selling property as you move around the boar. Game is complete with place holders and dice as well as play money for the bank and cards representing different properties in town.
The exterior of the box is in excellent condition as are all the pieces. Directions are also present.
The playing board itself lists the names of Gettysburg residents who contributed to the making of the game while the edge of the board represents business like “HALL OF PRESIDENTS”, “HOUSE OF BENDER”, “BROWN”S RANCH” etc…
This is a nice piece of Gettysburg nostalgia and would be a fun addition to any Gettysburg or Gettysburg souvenir collection. [AD] [PH:L]
