Item is a full red clay brick meas. approx. 8.50 x 4.50 x 2.75 inches. Brick has a few surface chips here and there but is otherwise in very nice condition.
Item comes housed in a wooden box with a modern label on top stating that the brick came from the cemetery caretaker on February 1, 2001. Tage reads “EVERGREEN CEMETERY GETTYSBURG, PA. BRICK FROM GATEHOUSE 2/1/01” this is followed by the caretaker’s name.
Brick is a nice relic from one of the most prominent buildings on the Gettysburg battlefield. [ad] [ph:L]
