This thin folk art cane was apparently made from a sapling cut on Round Top. “Round Top” is written boldly in ink in a lighter oval near the top bordered by ink stippling. The remainder of the cane has been partially brush painted to create an attractive pattern. The cane is 36” long and retains its original metal ferrule at the tip. [DM] [ph:L]
