Two piece Gettysburg souvenir battlefield wood cane. The top knob is stamped “Wheatfield Gettysburg”. Just below this marking the darker wood shaft is stamped “Devil’s Den”. The cane was probably sold to a veteran who was a world traveler. There are 3 decorative European hiking badges tacked onto the cane. The medallions are from Kehlsteinhaus (Germany), Tirol (Austria) and Bern (Switzerland). The cane’s overall length is 32”. [DM][ph:L]
