Very nice condition cabinet card featuring an outdoor view of an unfinished railroad deep cut. Several workers can be seen in the middle foreground.
Minor wear to edges of mount; 3 tears inward from left edge, the longest measuring 1 ¼”, which is in the only one which goes all the way through the image and mount. Light spots of soiling/foxing scattered throughout.
Faded Mumper & Co. imprint on reverse; In period ink on reverse is “#20. Deep cut west of tunnel.” [ld][ph:L]
