Image shows approx. 66 members of the Corporal Johnston H. Skelly Post posed in front of the monument on the front lawn of their meeting hall which is visible in the background, as is the building just to the west of the hall. Photo caption reads “POST NO. 9, G.A.R. / ANNUAL TURKEY DINNER / NOV. 13TH 1914.”

Most of the members shown wear GAR lapel buttons and a few wear badges or various other lapel buttons.

Image is clear and clean with excellent contrast. Photo meas. approx. 19.50 x 7.75 inches with a black mat. Dark wood frame looks to be original. Some light wear to edges.  [AD][ph:L]
