This Combination Tool was used for the standard M1861 / M1863 muskets. It was a widely used tool during the Civil War. It has an open cone wrench and two screwdrivers. Unmarked. It is approximately 3.5” long. Light surface rust overall, blades do not move.

From Lee’s Headquarters Museum collection in Gettysburg and originally listed in Horse Soldier catalog #28 (1999) as item LH49.   [jet][ph:L]
