Paper broadside measures 14” x 7”, printed in blue ink. Advertisement for a special train excursion to Gettysburg to take place on Sunday, May 28, 1911. Lists locations, most of which appear to be in Berks and Chester counties, and times of departure. The return train will depart from the Gettysburg station at 5:30pm. Tickets for adults were $1.75, and half that rate for children between 5 and 12 years of age.
Overall very nice condition, minor edge chipping. Minor cut in paper at the top around the “d” in the word “Reading”. [ld]
