This bullet in wood measures 4.75 inches long and just under 2 inches at its widest point, where a Confederate Gardner bullet is slightly exposed.
The wood is in excellent condition; no breaks, chips, cracking, or other flaws; it is in stable condition.
This relic was recovered by well-known relic hunter, Dean Thomas. [CLA][ph:L]
