Housed in an attractive matted Riker box display, this relic grouping features a small piece of the original wood from a beam of the Evergreen Cemetery Gatehouse removed during renovations (1” x 1 ½” x ¼"). This wood was present during the Battle of Gettysburg. Also in the display is an original 3-ringer bullet found on Cemetery Hill (near the Gatehouse). Included in the display is a copy of a period photo of the gatehouse. On the reverse of the box is affixed a certificate of authenticity from another relic dealer, attesting that the bullet was recovered prior to the date that it became illegal to relic hunt on the battlefield.
