This badge of blue and yellow ribbon measures approximately four inches in length and just over one inch wide. It features a metal drop in the form of a scroll of paper with a profile bust view of Abraham Lincoln who delivered the famous address in November 1863.
The ribbon is in good condition. Pin and closure are firmly in place and work as they should. The ribbon is a bit dirty but is sturdy. The jump rings are solid as well. The metal drop is in good condition with a nice patina throughout. [cla][ph:L]
