An exceptional blown and cut flip glass with a polished pontil scar. These are very rare in cobalt and difficult to date. We believe this example to be from the late 1700’s.  Overall excellent condition. There are a few tiny chips from one area of the lip; bottom shows a multitude of surface scratches from use.  Stands 5” high, base is 3” in diameter.  [ld] [ph:L]
