Offered here is a pair of mid-19th century dental forceps used to extract teeth.

These dental “pliers” are 8” long overall with checkered handles. Marked “A.M. LESLIE & CO. / ST. LOUIS”. Dark patina. The Leslie company was in business from 1865 to 1885 in St Louis.  [jet] [PH:L]
