Non-dug Eagle sword belt plate and keeper for non-commissioned officer's waist belt. Cast brass plate with raised eagle in the center surrounded by rays. One-piece German silver wreath applied. Mellow patina. No dings, dents, or bends. Bench mark "717" on plate only; keeper unmarked. [jet][PH:L]
