Oval, brass plate featuring raised profile of Winfield Scott. Brass face is crimped over tinned iron back. Three wire loops are soldered on the back.
Measures 66mm x 88mm. Brass face is clean with slightly mellow tones. Tin back is clean with one small rusty spot aside the lower wire loop.
