Chevrons are made of a single piece of red cloth with the three stripes delineated by rows of black thread.
The central device is made of dark blue cloth with a central cut-out silhouette of a bugle. This cut-out is backed by a piece of red cloth with a small circle of blue at center to give detail to the bugle.
The single red stripe at top is made of a separate piece of red cloth and is sewn to the top edge of the blue field. It is outlined in black thread.
