CIVIL WAR RIFLE SLING

Leather sling for a Model 1855, 1861 or 1863 Springfield or contract musket in good condition. It has a sewn loop on one end and brass hook on the other. Also present is the sliding leather keeper. The surface of the leather shows some light wear but the sling is strong and should be able to be attached to a weapon.
