Very nice black bridle leather cavalry carbine sling with leather that is still pliable. Sling is complete with buckle and “bat wing” tip. The brass on both have a light patina.
Carbine snap hook assembly is also present and has a semi-dark patina throughout. Hook is attached to an “O” ring that descends from a roller. Snap hook works fine.
Leather surface has faint crazing.
Nice example. [ad]
