This item is in good condition. Leather is smooth and supple. Brass reinforcing plate is attached. Good stamping reads “31” and “ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL.” All buckles and straps are present. Straps are stamped with inspector’s initials near tips. One of the adjustment holes on the anchor strap is torn. [ad] [ph:L]
