This is an old, but non-regulation belt in good condition. Belt is well worn and has tooled edges. The brass adjuster hook has iron rivets. Belt measures approximately 31” long as it is currently set, but has about 11” more it can extend. The belt is 1.5” wide. Leather is smooth and supple with a worn and “crinkled” appearance. No sliding belt loops. Keeper is in place on one end and NCO buckle sewn in place at the other end.
Pattern 1851 buckle features high relief details on front and 0.5” wide tongue on back. Bench mark numbers on buckle and keeper do not match. This style features the three-piece silver wreath on the face. Brass has dark patina.
