Original pistol cartridge box with very fine leather and tight seams. Outer flap shows very fine surface cracking and light wrinkling. A very fine stamped brass eagle is secured to the flap. No maker’s marks or other stampings.

Latch tab is complete and held in place with a straight line of stitching. The interior of the box is clean with some cracking and crazing. Inner “pouch” portion measures approximately 5.25” x 3.25” x 1”. The back has both belt loops.  Belt loops are only stitched. Brass finial is present on bottom.

Nice condition with beautiful eagle on flap.  [jet][ph:L]
