Perfect for a summer garden party. This dress is styled with an open neckline and short kimono sleeves, each embellished with a very fine chemical lace edging. Softly pleated fabric creates a band at the waist. An openwork design of two pairs of eyelets alternating with vertical ovals accents the front of the dress and the sleeves. The motifs are edged with decorative stitching worked with silk. The ovals are backed with silk satin, and silk satin ribbon is laced through each set of eyelets. The dress has an off-set opening in the center back and left side that fastens with hooks and eyes. The bodice is self-lined; the sleeves and skirt are unlined. Bust approximately 35"; waist 23½"; skirt length 38”. [ph:L]
