The closed wallet is small measuring only 4.25 x 3.00 inches. It is held closed in the usual way with a wraparound leather strap passing through a keeper.

When opened it has an upper and lower flap lined with buckskin. One of the flaps bears the name “ELIAS B. RU??.” The center of the wallet as a central flap that covers three accordion type pockets.

Leather shows light wear and scratching but is still supple and usable.  [ad] [ph:L]
