This vintage optical instrument is a very appealing, small, collapsible telescope/spyglass in very good condition.
Made of brass, this device is constructed of two cylindrical shafts that collapse within each other. When fully extended, the telescope measures a mere 6.5” long and collapses to 4” in length when closed. No lens covers on front or back. Fully operational with good focus on items. No maker marks. Thin leather sleeve is wrapped around outer cylinder.
The case with lid is made of rolled paper or thin leatherette with a black finish.
This is functional and in fine condition, showing little wear. [jet][ph:L]
