Features the full set of twenty five cards, produced in 1890. Each measures 1.375”x 2.75. One card came free in each 25 cent pack of cigarettes. H. Ellis & Co. was located in Baltimore.
Handsomely framed in brown wood, in rows of five, matted in blue with gilt trim, with outer copper plaque (“Civil War Generals 1890”). Black paper backing, plus hang-wire. All major commanders, Union and Confederate, included.
