This is a picture of four Civil War veterans the evening before the Constitution Day Ceremony at Chicago stadium on September 17, 1936.  Pictured (left to right) around the cannon are Thomas Ambrose, Maj. George Mason, Lt. J. H Reed, and Lt. James Thomas.

On the reverse, there is an accompanying original news clipping describing who is in the picture.
