The full title of this work is “EYEWITNESS TO WAR: PRINTS AND DAGUERREOTYPES OF THE MEXICAN WAR, 1846-1848” by Martha A. Sandweiss, Rick Stewart and Ben W. Huseman published by the Smithsonian Institution Press in 1989.
Hardcover volume is bound in brown cloth with the title in gold ink on the spine. Covers are good but do show some light wear. The illustrated dustjacket shows light edge wear.
Book meas. approx. 11.00 x 10.00 inches and runs 368 pages with index. Interior is clean with numerous black & white photographs and prints as well as a central color section.
