This carte-de-visite photograph features the murderer of Abraham Lincoln in a seated pose. The image is pasted on a plain mount with a text label at bottom. All edges and corners are sharp and the face of each side remains clean. The only imperfection is surface wear to a singular spot on the reverse at center from some type of adhesive. No photographer back mark is noted (reverse is entirely blank).
A fine image of one of the Civil War’s most notorious characters. [cm][ph:L]
