Very fine 2/3 length seated view of an unidentified naval officer holding his cap on his lap with wreat insignia clearly visible. Good clarity & detail. In a modern frame with paper back, so we are unable to view the reverse to determine if there is a backmark. In the frame with the image is a post-Civil War era wreath insignia, possibly G.A.R. in nature.
