This is a full-standing view of an unidentified Confederate officer. He wears a double-breasted frock with collar insignia not completely visible. He also wears gauntlets, a sword belt, and foot officer's sword. It also appears he may have a club foot as the sole of one shoe looks two inches thicker than the other. The image is clear with very good contrast. Photographer's backmark, S. Anderson, New Orleans, LA.
From the collection of the late William Turner. [jet] [ph:L]
