Early image shows a waist up, seated view of a stern looking woman. She is wearing a dark colored silk dress with trimming on the sleeves and white collar with square brooch. Her dark hair is in a braided bun. Image is clear with good contrast. Light oxidation has occurred on plate.

Image comes housed in a full leatherette case with decorative mat. Case is in very good condition with minor wear.  [sl] [ph:L]
