This is a 1/6 plate hard case. Two halves, each holds a tintype of three brothers. Both images have the usual brass mat, glass, and brass frame wrap. All six men are well dressed with jackets and ties. One holds a riding crop.
The thermoplastic case is in good condition. Two brass hinges and one catch. Matching halves of hard case have a raised floral pattern around the edges, a central oval, and a bowl of flowers within.
A nice Union case with a great family shot. [jet] [ph:L]
