A nice, simple straight forward seated view of an unknown Confederate soldier posed with his hands in his lap.
The subject wears a light-colored shell jacket with a four-button front, cloth epaulettes and a slanted pocket on the lower right chest.
Contrast and clarity are excellent. There are some scratches to the emulsion around the periphery of the image.
Item comes with a half leather case, plain brass mat and decorative stamped brass frame. [ad] [ph:L]
