The view of the bridge is taken from the Union side of the creek looking toward the high ground on the opposite side.

Image is mounted on heavy brown stock. Contrast and clarity is very good.

Reverse has a mistaken modern ink notation stating that it is a bridge over the Monocacy.  [ad] [ph:L]
