This plate was recovered from the greater Richmond area. Plate has a darkened patina. Edge of plate has some very slight nicks.  Reverse of plate still retains lead fill and two iron loops. Both loops have surface rust. Face of plate is stamped at the top center with a “D”, and at the bottom center with an “8”.      [sm]
