This 3.63 inch Parrott, sub-pattern III projectile fired from a 3.67 inch 20 pounder Parrott rifle, meas. 10 1/8 inches, weight 18 lbs.
Brass ring sabot is intact and the nose has the remains of the zinc Parrott paper time fuse adapter. There is minor chipping along the fuse hole from impact.
Areas of iron loss on the body of the shell are minor.
Shell has been cleaned and shellacked.
