Central state seal (anchor, wreath, “HOPE”) with “RHODE ISLAND” on top over a lined field. Two-piece button. Straight shank. “Scoville Mfg. Co. Waterbury”. Coat size.

Very good condition. Face has no dents or cracks. Retains 90% gilt on face. All else shows nice chocolate brown patina.
