Offered here is a heavy brass 11th corps badge (crescent moon shape) recovered near Orange, Virginia. Brass has a smooth dark patina overall. There are two spots on the back where pins or wires were once attached.
Badge measures a little over 1” tall and the brass is 0.70” thick.
This is a nice “dug” corps badge. [jet] [ph:L]
