Plate is in solid condition. There are no visible cracks or chips but there is a small amount of brass missing along one edge. The plate looks to have been scrubbed and cleaned causing some of the detail of the eagle to become mottled and unclear.

Reverse has no hooks and 95% of the lead fill. Lead has been carved with a circular pattern. [ad] [ph:L]
