This is a dug U.S. cartridge box plate for the outer flap of the cartridge pouch. Nice piece that shows a very few small dings on front and back. Face has attractive smooth green patina. Full lead on reverse with both iron loops in place and lightly rusted.

Very nice condition relic from Antietam.  [jet][ph:L]
