Offered here is a set of four excavated brass bridle rosettes.
First is lead-filled brass with floral pattern surrounding a plain central disk; brass wire loop remains on back. Second is a lead-filled brass “bullseye” pattern; no wire left on back. Third rosette is a plain, lead-filled disk with a raised rim; no wire on back. Last is a hollow brass disk with attachment holes at top and bottom, with raised, round center.
Acquired many years ago from the Catlett brothers at their Chancellorsville Outpost shop. [jet][PH:L]
