Long sleeved white linen shirt in very nice condition. The shirt has a low fold down collar with a single button at throat and two more below it. Shirt is pull-over style as is proper for the period. Each cuff has a single button. All buttons are white Mother of Pearl. Shoulders and cuffs have some gathered stitching and each underarm has a gusset. Shirt also has a long body which is also proper for the period. The material is in excellent shape with no rips or tears and very little surface dirt. This is an excellent example of a Civil War period shirt.
