Modern color or flag streamer made of blue & gray nylon cloth with “NEW MARKET 1864” followed by a wreath embroidered in gold thread.
Streamer meas. approx. 39.00 inches long by 3.00 inches wide. Condition is excellent with minor wrinkles that could be ironed out for display.
These streamers are placed at the top of the flag staff just below the finial and are used to decorate to colors of units that participated in the battle marked on the streamer. [ad] [ph:L]
