Ribbon commemorates the 34th reunion of the 10th New York Veteran Cavalry Association held in Syracuse, New York, October 16-18, 1895. The ribbon measures 7 5/8” and 2” wide and is composed of orange silk. Metallic gold tassels are suspended from the bottom and measure 2 ¼” long. Top and bottom edges have a matching metallic gold thick braided ribbon.
On reverse, the braided ribbon boards are tacked on with hand stiches. [mk] [ph:L]
