Ribbon commemorates the gathering of the 14th Pennsylvania Cavalry, Post number 1 in Harrisburg, PA in June, 1910.  Item measures 5 ½” long and 1 5/8” wide with a few pinholes. Composed of white silk that has faded due to age.  Lettering is in red. [mk] [ph:L]
