Ribbon commemorates the reunion of the 2^nd New York Heavy Artillery on September 22, 1898 in Middleville, New York.  Item measures 6 ½” long and 2 3/8” wide.  Composed of cream-colored silk with a red 2^nd Corps clover badge in the center and blue lettering.  Minor fraying on top and bottom borders.   [mc] [ph:L]
