Guest ribbon for a gathering of the Old Sixth Regiment in Baltimore, Maryland on April 19, 1886. Composed primarily of the blue ribbon with accents of red and white at the top. The top of the ribbon has an embellished silver star with a tassel. The item measures 8 ¾” long (including silver tassels suspended from the bottom) and 2 ¼” wide. Significant signs of fading on the front.
On reverse, there is a button pin secured with hand stitching. The white and red ribbons are gathered at the top and secured with hand stitches, as well as the tassels along the bottom. The reverse color is a vibrant blue. [mc] [ph:L]
