This striking ribbon features red text over white silk and remains in good condition. The event included Companies “I”, “B”, and “The Band”. Various batteries served in independent commands before the regiment was converted to a Heavy Artillery regiment.
The ribbon shows no staining and is clean on the front and reverse. Very minor fraying is noted at the bottom edge. Vertical stick pin and bar are in excellent condition. Dimensions are 2.6” x 7”.
A handsome candidate for the collector of Civil War Veterans’ items. [cm][ph:L]
