Banner is in like new condition. It is printed on a canvas like material meas. approx. 11.00 x 17.00 inches.
The banner is bordered in red on three sides with a GAR membership badge done in blue and red ink at center with “WELCOME” in blue letters across the top and “G.A.R.” in blue lettering across the bottom.
A close look at the GAR membership badge shows a few imperfections. Below the eagle’s talons is a single saber where there should be crossed sabers and the cipher at the center of the star has the intertwined letters “GAR” reversed. [ad] [ph:L]
