Blue silk ribbon with silver lettering reads, “COMMANDER / DEPARTMENT G.A.R. ENCAMPMENT” No pin. Good condition with some fraying at the bottom. Light surface dirt is present. Front has faded to a light blue/grey, while the reverse remains a bright blue. Ribbon measures approx. 2” x 5½”. [sm] [ph:ld]
